1. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unopened
In the original sealed packaging
In the same condition as received
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Please include photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used perfumes
Sale items
Gift cards

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To be eligible:

The item must be unopened and unused
In original packaging
With proof of purchase

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved:

It will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
